The Brotherwood Foundation and Howard Family are humbled to offer the Jay Howard Memorial Eagle Scout Scholarship, a one-time $1,000 award honoring the dedication, leadership, and service of Eagle Scouts. Jay’s love for the Scouts and commitment to serving others led him to achieve the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, where he developed strong leadership skills, a passion for adventure, and a dedication to his friends, parish and community. This scholarship, in his memory, is open to Scouts of Troop 306 who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout. It can be used toward college, trade school, or military expenses. The Eagle Scout must have been a member of Troop 306 for at least two-years and currently be in good standing. Each year, this one-time scholarship will be awarded through an application to one Eagle Scout that is recognized through their hard work, perseverance, and character.
